　　The evening/night assistant nurse manager (ANM) provides consistent leadership, coordination and supervision of patient care and staff during evenings, nights and weekends. The ANM will promote a culture of service excellence, quality and patient safety, and align staff with expected initiatives and behaviors to achieve unit and organizational goals. The ANM will demonstrate professionalism at all times and will uphold standards of practice and actively lead and/or supporting change processes. The ANM establishes and maintains respectful and effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Education: BSN required

　　Experience: (minimum) 3 years clinical nursing experience in related field, with progressive leadership at unit level

　　License/Certification: Required NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Attainment of professional certification within one year of acceptance of position.
