JOB REQUIREMENTS: The RN Staff Nurse supports our mission and values byproviding compassionate and holistic care for the residents based onindividual care plans. What will I do as an RN? Safely administermedications and treatments as ordered by the physician and in accordancewith accepted standards of practice and Three Pillars policies andprocedures. Maintain timely, accurate written and electroniccharts/documents/records as required by law, regulations and ThreePillars policies and procedures. Utilize the nursing process to assessresident condition and effectiveness of plan of care. Make changes toplan of care as indicated. Support and assist LPNs in assessment andplan of care development. Communicate resident change of condition toappropriate persons. (Nurse manager/supervisor, physician, family,clergy, hospice team, interdisciplinary team, etc.) Assist in theadmission/readmission process as directed by the RN including observingand gathering of clinical data and development and implementation of theinitial plan of care. Obtain, transcribe and implement physician\'sorders according to accepted standards of practice and Three Pillarspolicies and procedures. Support and participate in all resident careprograms (ie Bowel and Bladder, Skin Integrity, Pain, etc.) includingfollowing individual POCs, documentation, communication of observations,and offering of feed back/suggestions.
