　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provide personal care & day to day living assistance including, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, homemaker services & light housekeeping, respite care, meal preparation, transportation to appointments & errands, i.e. grocery shopping & other activities as required.

　　MUST MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA:

　　Have a current resume that includes work history, skills, education & two (2) professional references.Communicate effectively in oral & written form.Be reliable & dependable, including a good work attendance record.Have the ability to pass all background checks & screenings related to employment.HOURS

　　Flexible work schedule for full, part time or per diem hours to work around your schedule will be discussed directly with the employer. Shifts include days, evenings, nights & weekends.
