　　Creare is focused on developing and manufacturing new high-technologyproducts for a variety of customers and marketplaces.

　　Creare is seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for the overallmanagement of a specific project or projects. Those projects may includeinnovative products for aerospace, medical and government sectors.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Provide operational management of projects which includes developingschedules and budgets and managing expenditures and projectexecutionServe as primary customer contactIdentify staffing and other resources required for each projectOversees, approves, and responsible for the creation of responses toRFQ\'s, additional changes in contract/program scope, and/or any andall customer or internal changes that affect program goals/metrics(i.e. cost, gross margin, schedule(s))Provide coordination of reviews and requests as well as contractnegotiationEnsure projects are in compliance with customer and governmentstandards and requirements as applicableOversee day-to-day activities and provide recommendations to improveoperation efficienciesInterface directly with all internal department leads, outsidesuppliers/vendors and especially the customer regarding all facetsof program control, management, and reportingGenerate and provide all required reporting
