About Client Services Representative (Zero-hours contract)

  Role and Responsibilities

  Join CAE’s Business Aviation Training team as Client Services Representative (Zero-hours contract ) at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

  With 16 flight simulators on site, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during their training and will be present at our client lounge, dealing with face-to-face questions, feedback and collaborate with other departments on-site when required. In this role you will take ownership in ensuring that the Client Lounge is welcoming and well-stocked with supplies at all times. Ne xt to greeting visitors and clients and being responsible for the presentation of our Client Lounge, you will also assist with administrative tasks and support our Front Reception team.

  The role we are offering you

  Welcoming Clients in a friendly, highly respectful manner and to be the main point of contact for clients during their training.

  Assisting with client check-in processes to ensure collection of appropriate paperwork and issuing of class schedules. Security – Check Clients and Visitors ID’s and issue passes.

  Working closely with the other departments (Training, Sales and Scheduling) to assist clients with any issues / concerns.

  Being responsible for the presentation of our Client Lounge, including stock management and other duties.as agreed.

  General reception duties to include – Answering main switchboard, franking post, arranging couriers and to assist with transport and hotel bookings when required.

  Administration of Client Surveys.

  Our ideal candidate:

  You will be an experienced multi-tasker and enjoy working in a busy, operational environment. You are approachable and pro-active and ideally have first experience in providing a high-level customer service contributing towards a great client experience.

  We predict work to be available for this on-site opportunity for up to four days a week, including Saturdays and cover being required between 8am and 2pm. Please note due to this being a zero-hours contract that it is entirely at the Company's discretion whether to offer you work and it is under no obligation to provide work to you at any time and the times stated may be adjusted. The Company reserves the right to give or not give work to any person at any time and is under no obligation to give any reasons for such decisions.
