Job Description:

　　Responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

　　ADN: $10,000

　　BSN: $15,000

　　This position will cover patient Specialty: Cardiovascular, Surgical, Neuro-Trauma, Burn, Medical ICU and IMC

　　Qualifications:

　　Currently employed as an RN with 12 months’ progressive care/step-down/intermediate care, minimum of 3 months’ ICU post orientation RN experience. Including experience with various vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoringEducational Requirements:

　　BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

　　Certification/Licensure Requirements:

　　Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package.
