The role you’ll contribute:

This position is responsible for the daily management and administration of the AdventHealth LMS at the local facility. With direction from Director of Clinical Development and PI, this position will support AdventHealth learning needs by maximizing use of the LMS and related processes, developing and maintaining implementation and integration services, and providing both technical and operational leadership to ensure efficient platform operation. The LMS Administrator is a subject matter expert concerning the platform’s capabilities.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and refinement of the LMS by collaborating with Director and AdventHealth stakeholders.

· Act as a Subject Matter Expert and liaison to LMS stakeholders for service improvements and changes

· Establish priorities and development of LMS reporting and performance tracking.

· Generate on-demand and monthly reports.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Ability to interact effectively with team members and Leadership with a high level of customer service.

· Ability to quickly research, learn, and document new software or processes.

· Taking ownership of issues or changes and deploying systematic solutions

· Microsoft Office software, including Visio and Project

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

· Licensed to practice as an RN in state of Texas or in a qualifying compact state.
