Develop analytics and models for U.S. and European residential mortgage and housing markets. Utilize standard market data sets, including CoreLogic public records deed and tax database, Corelogic Loan Perfomrance database, BlackKnight McDash database, GSE, CRT, and eMBS database to conduct analyses. Use Python, Pandas, and SQL with local, AWS and Azure platforms for analytics. Conduct analytics including mortgage cashflow models for various standard reperforming loan types and forbearance and standard industry models.Master’s degree in Operations Research or a related quantitative field. Must have academic experience or training in: utilizing Python, Pandas, and Microsoft SQL Server; data analysis and modeling; knowledge of residential mortgage-backed securities or real estate markets; and understanding of mortgage cashflow for various standard performing and reperforming loan types. Telework permitted 1 day per week within commuting distance to worksite.$200,000-$220,000/year.
