Description

　　Summary:The Business Systems Analyst Lead Sr. works with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client’s unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support.

　　Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.

　　Serves as a project team member or team lead.

　　Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements.

　　Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　7+ years of related experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx

　　Experience or understanding of enterprise data, storage, and general technology concepts

　　Ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy

　　Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

　　Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

　　Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand technology

　　Experience working and delivering in an agile environment while supporting applications delivered in a waterfall fashion

　　MBA, master’s degree in related field, and/or related certification
