　　DESCRIPTION OF WORK

　　As a Revenue Research Analyst 2, you will monitor adherence to North American Association of State & Provincial Lotteries (NASPL), Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), and PA lottery policies, procedures, and legal requirements to maintain the security and integrity of gaming activities.  You will interact with all levels of staff and law enforcement to research and provide requisite support related to these broad objectives.  Create and review research to identify locations and/or situations that require Lottery Security intervention and share findings with Security and Compliance Manager.

　　You will consistently apply knowledge of NASPL, MUSL, and PA Lottery policies, procedures and PA law to support all gaming activities.  Conduct confidential investigations of possible illegal or non-ethical business practices involving PA lottery retailers and/or customers.  You will detect and makes recommendations regarding possible or real security breaches of lottery scratch-off, terminal based, iLottery, and second chance drawing activities and report findings and conclusions to the supervisor.

　　Work Schedule and Additional Information:

　　Full-time employment

　　Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

　　Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.  In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.  If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Middletown.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

　　One year as a Revenue Research Analyst 1; or

　　One year of managerial experience in a major tax system which involved the receipt or the examination of tax returns or the enforcement of tax rules and regulations; or

　　Two years of experience in systems analysis and/or operations research which included one year in the analysis of tax systems and a bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 21 credit hours in courses involving the use of quantification techniques applicable to systems analysis and operations research such as statistics, systems analysis, mathematical model building, algebra, calculus, operations research, quantitative research design, economic analysis, computer science, or any other quantifiable course work. Appropriate graduate study may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis; or

　　Additional Requirements:

　　You must have experience in reviewing/interpreting reports.You must have experience performing business analysis and/or research.

　　You must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Preferred Qualifications (not required):

　　Prior loss prevention experience for a lottery retailerExperience as a loss prevention officer or investigator
