  Position Summary

  The Revenue Integrity Sr. Manager, Encounters is responsible for driving all phases of small and large sized initiatives to successful completion as it relates to the Encounter Dashboard and Revenue Integrity. They are responsible for providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to direction, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure goals are met.

  Through the Agile Delivery process they will take complete ownership, responsibility and accountability for small and large sized initiatives.

  Strong planning, estimating and tracking skills for time and costs across all teams and phases of the initiative.

  Candidate must possess:

  Competency in using processes and tools required to perform management tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with multiple teams delegating workload and ensuring team effectiveness.Must be able to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems, issues and risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation techniques

  Ability to work with the business users, gain a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into specific deliverables.Ability to work with technical resources and understand their needs and deliverables. Help with the coordination of their efforts to deliver the final solution.Proven ability to function as a leader and drive deliverables throughout the lifecycle, regardless of methodology. Required Qualifications 5 + years of demonstrated experience with the following:

  SCRUM project management and/or team lead experience. Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas and results to non- technical clients in written and verbal form.

  Analytical experience Preferred Qualifications Strong SQL and SAS programming skills Education

  Bachelor's degree or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related major

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $75,400.00 - $166,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
