Job Description

　　*Research supplier exception items to determine validity and provide appropriate support to substantiate McKesson's position

　　*Proactively work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically returned goods policies, and notification timelines and requirements. Responsible for the escalation of compliance issues.

　　*Perform reconciliation and analysis of accounting information for complex suppliers and customers

　　*Respond promptly and accurately to incoming supplier and internal inquiries, escalating if needed to the appropriate resource(s). Fully understand and assess reported issues to determine prioritization.

　　*Handle advanced/critical/sensitive issues that could result in a loss of income or negatively impact supplier relationships

　　*Special projects -- involves reaching out to internal stakeholders, IT, and suppliers to research and resolve disputes, and enhance product packaging and shipment processes

　　*Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation enhancements

　　*Work system exception reports on a daily basis and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues

　　*Perform data analysis, identify trends, and continuously audit and analyze large volumes of data

　　*Learn and research data sources within McKesson, across various business units and systems

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Experience with tools such as SAP preferred

　　* Process improvement experience

　　* Experience in billing, invoicing, and receivables null
