　　ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for processing various OMNI transactions; providing statement processing support; and dealing with reconciliations.

　　Run OMNI transactions based upon Task Desk assigned to troubleshoot transaction rejectsReview transaction edits prepared by other OMNI processorsRotate through various desks in OMNI Processing Unit (contributions, enrollments, distributions/loans, dividend posting, trust accounting)Nightly Trading (average of twice a month)Ensure timely processing of transactionsCompletion of ASPA's RPF1 and RPF2 coursesAssist with filing when necessaryAssist with telephone back up as necessaryAssist with statement generation as necessaryAssist with various operational projects as deemed necessary by supervisorMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion

　　QualificationsTwo year degree in Accounting or related field requiredMinimum of 1 year Accounting, Payroll, or applicable office experienceAbility to be highly organized and show an attention to detailWell-developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize work assignments and multitaskDisplay an intermediate level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as personal computer skills
