The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a Retail Manager to join our team at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. As a Retail Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of day-to-day retail operations.

　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. 　　Responsibilities

　　Hire, train, and develop retail team members

　　Provide support and direction to retail supervisors on implementation and company policies

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment

　　Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting

　　Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

　　Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred

　　Ability to train and develop a team

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

　　No degree required

　　Physical Requirements

　　Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds

　　Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
