　　Qualifications

　　To be a successful retail store manager, you must have a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, where you have learned to lead, coach and mentor retail associates. A college degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
