Job Description

　　Come work in a fast paced and exciting world of professional sports. Aramark (in partnership with the New York Mets), is looking for highly motivated individuals who can provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all fans. This role is responsible for stocking and inventorying products as well as maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the retail locations. This role includes both front line and behind the scenes work for all Mets home games, select non-game days and other events at Citi Field.

　　COMPENSATION: The hourly rate of pay for this position is $18.54. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Aramark/Mets brands are positively represented

　　Greet and assist fans to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one

　　Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the retail locations and other designated areas

　　Process sales transactions via the TeamWork Point of Sale System

　　Assist with maintenance of inventory levels as well as organization and visual standards of all stores and workspaces

　　Actively understand and enforce company loss prevention policies

　　Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans

　　Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the management team

　　Qualifications

　　Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

　　Demonstrate the ability to build product knowledge of Mets/Citi Field inventory

　　Demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team in fast-paced environment, servicing a diverse fan base

　　Strong verbal communication skills

　　Must be able to lift merchandise that can weigh up to 50 lbs.

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
