　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the sale of merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.

　　Duties and Responsibilities :

　　Greet customers and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

　　Assist customers in selecting merchandise and provide product information, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

　　Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our cashless point-of-sale system.

　　Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized and adequately stocked.

　　Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

　　Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure the safety of merchandise.

　　Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including regular tidying and restocking of merchandise.

　　Provide customer feedback to your manager

　　Stay up to date with new products/services Qualifications

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

　　Basic math skills for sales transactions.

　　Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise, as needed.

　　Strong communication with management on stock replenishment avoiding inventory stockout.
