　　The Retail Agent plays a vital role in the guest experience on property by greeting and assisting guests purchasing gifts and other essential retail items.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Projects a positive imageGreets all guestsProvides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner, and maintains the confidentiality of all gaming recordsActively assists guests in the shopping process by offering assistanceDisseminates information to guests regarding the property, hotel, sale items, promotions, etc.Ensures that all transactions are properly recordedActively utilizes multiple Software Applications used in Casino OperationsUtilize CMP to enroll guests to Players Club, generate rewards cards upon demand, update player information as needed, and reset pinsMonitors retail space to ensure it is clean, in order and well maintainedPerforms miscellaneous tasks - cash handling, check authorizations, faxing, copyingMaintains cash drawer - drops cash as required and submits supporting documentationAnswers telephones, handling calls as necessaryAssists with merchandise inventoryActively resolves guests issues and disputesReports maintenance and housekeeping issues as necessary```{=html}

　　High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderMust successfully pass job interview, including a guest service auditionGood writing and verbal communication skills required (skills test may be administered)Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, assume responsibility, and have excellent guest service skillsMust be able to learn and work with various Software Applications (including Web-based applications)Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand and walk for entire shiftMust be able to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environmentMust be able to operate standard office equipment - phones, computers, keyboard etc.Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers licenseWilling and able to work various hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWilling to travel and participate in training as recommended or requiredMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environmentNATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE IN HIRING POLICY SHALL BE ADHERED TO AT ALL TIMES
