　　About the Role

　　We are looking for a passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join and, alongside our Food and Beverage Manager, lead our team. With lots of opportunities for growth and development, we would love to hear from someone that wants to grow their hotel career within Food and Beverage or Operations Management. Nestled in the heart of Brisbane, our reimagined space pays homage to the city's late 20th-century bars, honouring the legacy of LENNONS Hotel. Boasting a sundrenched outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the city skyline and an inviting infinity pool, our venues promise to be a haven for those seeking a delightful culinary escape.

　　As the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of Lennon's Restaurant, Hibiscus Bar & Terrace and In Room Dining.

　　Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will collaborate closely to steer our food and beverage operations toward success, ensuring they stand as independent profit centres while upholding the high standards set by Hyatt International. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will shape the guest experience, making each visit memorable.

　　Main Responsibilities

　　Oversee the seamless operation of Lennons Restaurant, Hibiscus Bar & Terrace and In Room Dining

　　Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

　　Work hands-on with the F&B team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings

　　Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiency

　　Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations

　　Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels

　　Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to plan and execute engaging promotional activities for the outlets

　　Requirements

　　Demonstrated experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to excel in the dynamic hospitality environment

　　Previous experience with Micros is highly regarded

　　holding an RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification is advantageous

　　Embrace flexibility by working across various shifts, predominately nights, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure seamless operational coverage.
