  Les Services Kelly sont actuellement en recrutement pour un Responsable de la Marque .

  En tant que Responsable de Marque, vous serez chargé(e) de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marque innovantes visant à renforcer la notoriété et la position concurrentielle de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, communication et ventes pour garantir une cohérence et une visibilité maximales sur tous les canaux.

  Responsabilités principales :

  Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de marque alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux et la vision de l'entreprise.

  Identifier les opportunités de différenciation et de positionnement sur le marché.

  Veiller à la cohérence de l'image de la marque à travers tous les points de contact avec les clients.

  Superviser la création de contenus visuels et écrits conformes à l'identité de la marque.

  Collaboration Interfonctionnelle :

  Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, communication, ventes et produit pour assurer l'alignement des efforts.

  Fournir des directives claires pour intégrer la stratégie de marque dans toutes les activités de l'entreprise.

  Effectuer des analyses concurrentielles régulières pour rester informé(e) des tendances du marché.

  Utiliser ces informations pour ajuster la stratégie de marque au besoin.

  Piloter des projets liés à la marque, en veillant à respecter les délais et les budgets établis.

  Suivre les évolutions de l'industrie, de la technologie et des comportements des consommateurs, en adaptant la stratégie de marque en conséquence.

  Qualifications :

  Diplôme universitaire en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.

  Expérience professionnelle de 2 ans significative dans la gestion de marque.

  Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

  Capacité à penser de manière stratégique et à prendre des décisions éclairées.

  Fortes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
