Resource Management Director- Assurance
EisnerAmper is seeking a Director to oversee and manage our Global Assurance Resource Management team.
Our Resource Management team is responsible for providing our colleagues with reasonable and meaningful experiences to promote their career growth by developing and building diverse teams. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner working closely with Assurance Service Line Leaders and colleagues at all levels and will also collaborate with other internal functional groups firmwide.

Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) effortsWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:Work closely with Assurance Partners and other team leaders to ensure effective management of project engagementsSubject Matt Expert (SME) on Resource Management Systems.Partner cross functionally to execute a successful Global Mobility ProgramManage growth and development of Assurance colleagues, while continuing to promote global scheduling efforts across Assurance and other Service LinesCreate high performing diverse teams and support our clients by balancing business needs, capacity, required skill sets, personal preferences, and engagement riskChallenge business requests when necessary and influence an appropriate all-around resolutionCollaborate with colleagues to resolve scheduling conflicts and backfilling resourcesAssist in managing overall workforce planning by monitoring headcount, turnover, utilization, and other key metricsLiaise across the Resource Management team and other internal functional groups (i.e., HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Finance, Learning & Development, etc.) to execute resource related initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand short and long-term hiring needs, succession planning and workforce developmentSupport execution of performance management processes during year-end reviewsCoordinate with EisnerAmper University (Learning & Development) to establish and schedule training plansBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field10 + years of experience within resource management, scheduling, or deployment at a public accounting or professional services firmStrong process thinker focused on continuous improvement.Ability to influence multiple constituents.Proficiency in handling employee-relations issues at all levels.Preferred/Desired Qualifications:Knowledge of ProStaff or other scheduling tool(s) and WorkdayAbility to navigate and operate in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic client services business environment and be adaptable in a continuously growing organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detailStrong project management and organization skillsEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident and resilient in negotiation skills while partnering with colleagues across the firmExercises soun judgement, knowing how to operate independently and escalate matters as appropriateInspirational leader who continually pushes themselves and direct reports to achieve higher levels of achievementAbout Our Assurance Team

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between195000and300000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
