Express is now hiring for a Residential Property Manager & Leasing Agent at a property management company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be full time and to be determined. An experienced and motivated candidate can expect to earn $75,000/yr in the first 12 months and unlimited future earning potential. This company offers a great incentive package as well as excellent benefits.

　　Job Duties:

　　Manage day to day physical and financial operation of the assigned portfolio, including serving as the primary liaison with owners, vendors and tenants.Market and show available units to prospective tenantsAdminister tenant leases and maintain good tenant relations; review, understand and enforce lease terms. Communicate with tenants to address their needs and resolve any issues.Work closely with tenants to ensure prompt rental payment.Review financial reports for individual portfolio properties and provide to owners monthly.Perform periodic inspections of the properties. Maintain the assigned portfolio at a high level of appearance and performance. Resolve emergency maintenance issues.Obtain and supervise third party vendors; evaluate service contract requirements and establish performance specifications and documents; manage the competitive bid process.Procure new property management accounts
