　　Job DescriptionAs an HVAC technician in the TLC Service department, you will be responsible for providing customer focused leadership and direction on a daily basis to ensure a safe work environment, high quality work and high rate of production.

　　Salary

　　$58,240 -$70,720

　　*Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses. *

　　Job RequirementsInstall, clean, and maintain HVAC systems.

　　Install electrical components and wiring.

　　Inspect and test HVAC systems and components.

　　Discuss system malfunctions with customers.

　　Repair or replace worn or defective parts.

　　Mandated safety training upon hire

　　Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the Service trade

　　Prepare cost estimates for repair or replacement of HVAC systems or components.

　　Must have a clean driving record.

　　4000 hours/2 years of on-the-job training to test for Journeyman Refrigeration and/or Journeyman Gas Fitter license.
