　　Job Summary

　　The Residential Assistant is accountable for providing and coordinating care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, establishing a sense of belonging, usefulness and purpose in daily life of residents.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High school diploma preferred.

　　Dementia training preferred.

　　Must be 16 years of age or older.

　　Experience in Long Term Care setting involving hospice, housekeeping, dietary, laundry and activities preferred.

　　Work Schedule

　　PRN, as needed

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.00 - $20.50 per hour
