Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Resident Coordinator in the Real Estate Development industry. Based in Keansburg, New Jersey, you'll be the first point of contact for all potential and current residents, ensuring smooth management and addressing inquiries promptly.

Managing day-to-day operations of the property: This includes addressing tenant concerns, organizing maintenance and repair work, supervising property staff, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility, and inspecting the property regularly.

Leasing Activities: The Resident Coordinator may also be involved in the leasing process, which involves promoting available properties, showing units to prospective tenants, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Tenant Relations: As the primary point of contact for tenants, the Resident Coordinator is responsible for addressing any issues or complaints that arise. They should provide excellent service to ensure tenant satisfaction which could lead to lease renewals.

Administrative Functions: An important part of the job is the administration of lease renewals, rent collection, managing tenant move-ins and move-outs, updating and maintaining tenant records, and ensuring compliance with relevant state and local regulations.

Collaboration with property management team: Working closely with property management staff to formulate budgets, marketing plans, and to improve property operations and services.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Leasing Consultant role or a similar position within Property Management.
