　　Evergreen Knoll has part-time Resident Assistant openings for our afternoon shift (2p-10p) . 

　　Are you looking for a change?  Do you want to be a part of a team helping to enrich the lives of seniors and put a smile on their faces?  Evergreen Knoll is seeking applicants who have a sensitivity and compassion for working with the elderly for our Resident Assistant position.  Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility. 

　　Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:

　　Housekeeping duties.

　　Assist residents with personal cares such as dressing, bathing, grooming and other cares as assigned.

　　Pass medications and supervise self-administration.

　　Assist with meals as directed.

　　Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition.

　　Assist residents with laundry.

　　Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00

　　+$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!

　　Shift differentials!

　　 Tuition reimbursement available for new CNA and TMA certification, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing.

　　Qualifications:

　　While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required as we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in this position!

　　Because our care staff play an important role in providing day-to-day care and assistance to our residents, it is critical that our employees work as scheduled, and provide appropriate notice and shift replacement when they can't.

　　In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

　　All employees must pass a criminal background study as determined solely by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
