About Resident Assistant

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Resident Assistant supports our mission and valuesby providing our residents with personal care, as well as homemakertasks such as meal service and cleaning. What will I do as a ResidentAssistant? Assists with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, andambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service planand established procedures Assists with homemaker tasks includinglaundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and serving Planning andconducting therapeutic activities. Supervise self-administration oradminister medications per physician order. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to use computers for charting andcommunication. Ability to work independently and make decisions withinset guidelines.
