Overview

　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21.32 to $27 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

　　Additional pay when working Overnight (NOC) shift!

　　We are looking for a Resident Assistant to join our team in Savage, MN! This position would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living memory care patient's physical and emotional well-being. This direct care schedule includes;

　　64 hours every two weeks

　　Full time, Overnight (NOC) shifts

　　Includes every other weekend and holiday

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

　　Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

　　May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

　　Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

　　Assists with onboarding of new staff

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and patience for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.

　　Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

　　CNA certificate required if under 18

　　Preferred:

　　High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA/CNA or HHA or PCA courseNeed help finding the right job?
