　　The Daily Living Support Specialist (DLSS) carries out services thatfocus on the specific needs of adults with behavioral health diagnoses.The DLSS will monitor the consumers ability to function independently intheir home and community while assisting them to maintain their safetyand emotional well-being.

　　This position will be required to travel within a 30 mile radius oftheir home and will transport clients within their communities.

　　Duties include and are not limited to:

　　Ensuring the clients plan of care drives all service activitiesEnsuring the safety of the clients while in their homes andcommunityAttending and participating in a minimum of four hours per month ofclinical supervisionAccumulating a minimum of 20 hours of training annuallyPerforming other duties as assigned
