Provide guests with detailed information about the resort's facilities, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Utilize reservation systems effectively to manage bookings and availability.
Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to the positive reputation of the resort.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with reservation software and systems.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Maldives tourism industry is a plus.
