WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Research Workflow Coordinator within our Data and Research Services team, you will help connecting Japanese speaking requests, and coordinating DRS research workflow across multiple industries with customer service excellence, accuracy and organization. You will manage the daily workflow with an increasing level of independence, making sure capacities are managed optimally and in a business focused manner.

Providing exceptional level of customer service
• You will be an excellent customer and solution- oriented 'first point of contact' to your colleagues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, documentation, and overall customer experience
• With the ability to manage customer/stakeholder expectation and strong customer orientation, you will communicate directly and manage expectations with BCG stakeholders (along with DRS research team) regarding timelines and feasibility
• With experience in project management and/or workflow tools and processes, you will match available capacity to request inflow (utilising directions from DRS management), ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills and language capabilities
• You will provide some research support on selected databases when needed or direct the customers to internal resources, enabling them to service on their own
Accuracy and passion for detail
• You will ensure that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system
• You have solid problem- solving orientation, and will cooperate with other DRS offices & peers to optimize capacity deployment, with full responsibility of capacity and accountability on key metrics
Thriving in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service environment
• With very strong multi- tasking, organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, you will drive continuous improvement of request coordination approach, and act as center of best practices for research workflow in the team
• You enjoy deep collaboration in international environment, and will formalize standards and documents request coordination process
• You have good understanding of internal sources and team priorities
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• 2-4+ years' experience in a high-volume, high customer expectations environment
• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated high academic achievement
• Experience in request activity management or similar highly organized, high volume management role along with some exposure to research and general interest in business research, knowledge of research databases is desirable
• Adapt to fast working environment and multitasking skills required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Well-developed communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Japanese language of N1 is a must
