  Research Scientist Job Location Other-Remote Office ID 2024-10949 Status On Call Shift Varied Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work varied Responsibilities Apply advanced statistical, scientific and technical expertise to implement clinical and institutional research projects to advance the mission of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. Disseminate results through verbal and/or written reports, white papers, scholarly publications and conference presentations. Lead a team comprised of Research Assistants, a Librarian, and other research department staff as assigned to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as a research faculty member within the Graduate School, participating in committees and teams, as assigned, and teaching the research course. Conduct research projects to fulfill the organization's strategic and operational goals. Secure funding to support research. Report, publish, present, and disseminate research results Provide leadership and supervision to Research Assistants and other research department staff to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other internal and/or external researchers Serve as a research faculty member in the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field completed within a scientist or scientist practitioner program. Completed doctoral level coursework in research design, methodology, and advanced statistics Minimum of 2 years of psychosocial treatment research activity Excellent written and verbal skill Preferred Qualifications: Prior supervision and leadership experience Current professional license (i.e., psychology) Min USD $44.95/Hr.
