Disseminate results through verbal and/or written reports, white papers, scholarly publications and conference presentations. Lead a team comprised of Research Assistants, a Librarian, and other research department staff as assigned to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely and efficient manner. Serve as a research faculty member within the Graduate School, participating in committees and teams, as assigned, and teaching the research course.Conduct research projects to fulfill the organization's strategic and operational goals.Secure funding to support research.Report, publish, present, and disseminate research resultsProvide leadership and supervision to Research Assistants and other research department staff to ensure that all projects proceed in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with other internal and/or external researchersServe as a research faculty member in the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field completed within a scientist or scientist practitioner program.Completed doctoral level coursework in research design, methodology, and advanced statisticsMinimum of 2 years of psychosocial treatment research activityExcellent written and verbal skillPreferred Qualifications:Prior supervision and leadership experienceCurrent professional license (i.e., psychology)MinUSD $44.95/Hr.MaxUSD $63.46/Hr.OverviewThe Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
