Job Description The Research Project Manager, CustomerExperienceis responsible for leading and managing research projectsfocused on understanding the customer journey and the varioustouchpoints with all of our brands at Fortune Brands, which includeMoen, Master Lock, House of Rohl, Yale & August Home, and Thermatru, toname just a few. Reporting to the Manager of CX Research, this role willconduct and coordinate research activities that generate actionableinsights, which will guide strategic decision-making and drivecontinuous improvement across our organization. The Project Manager willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute researchplans, analyze data, and translate findings into actionablerecommendations. Work Location - This role is a Hybrid role and requiresin-office presence 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with the option towork from home on Mondays and Fridays.
