This individual is responsible for a portfolio of studies and the clinical aspects related to it. Responsibilities: 80%: Patient Recruitment: Scrub clinic schedules, touch base with provider to determine eligibility, perform the informed consent process, schedule all study related activities, data collection, query management, specimen collection and shipment. 10%: Study start up/close out: work closely with the project manager for job related activity to conduct research studies in the clinics and units. 10%: Department Admin/Meetings: meet with the clinical research team and director to discuss improvement to processes, portfolio management, coverage needs and special projects. Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 6 years Preferred Qualifications: Previous Experience in a hospital/clinic setting Previous experience with electronic medical records Previous experience with interacting with patients and providers Benefits Working at the University At the University of Minnesota, you'll find a flexible work environment and supportive colleagues who are interested in lifelong learning.
