Other areasof interest emanating from this focus include T cell and regulatory Tcell biology along with inflammation induced by innate immune cells(macrophages, microglia, and dendritic cells). Specific areas ofinterest include inflammatory cytokine networks that contribute to GVHD,inflammatory cytokine signaling and regulatory pathways that impact thedevelopment of tolerance, modulate anti-leukemic responses, and inducepathological damage particularly within the gastrointestinal tract andcentral nervous system using genetically modified mouse models, flowcytometry, q-PCR, RNA-seq, western blot, single cell RNA seq, bioinformatics, and other immunological techniques.
