　　Job Title: Reporting & Analytics Analyst

　　Your role:

　　The Reporting & Analytics Analyst will support the implantation of tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights and reporting.

　　Here you’ll get to:

　　Support design and implementation of analytics, automation and enabling technologies solutions / tools

　　Work with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements for queries from business partners

　　Create insightful reports that meet business needs

　　Work with process stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues with reporting

　　Investigate changes in traffic, usage, and engagement, and assist in identifying root causes

　　Design and develop dashboards, metrics, and other reporting to enhance Center analytic insights

　　Create prototypes for analytics and automation solutions based on business needs

　　Apply industry knowledge to interpret and report data and to improve team performance

　　Work with process owners to implement process improvements

　　Deliver timely accurate ad-hoc reports as requested by the business

　　Manage and monitor performance against SLAs

　　Resolve reporting and analytics related issues

　　Develop strategies to address reporting needs

　　Implement reporting solutions

　　Improve reporting and analytics

　　Measure customer satisfaction

　　Generate and distribute reports in a timely and accurate manner

　　About you:

　　Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

　　2+ years of experience in BI (Business Intelligence) and reporting

　　Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred

　　Experience in a shared services environment

　　Strong work-ethic and are a self-starter with effective organizational skills with attention to detail who proactively seeks out new solutions

　　Problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills

　　Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

　　Partnering, influencing, and communication skills to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner

　　Ability to work proactively, independently, and as a strategic partner in a team environment

　　Demonstrated critical thinking and dedication to deepening understanding of work being done

　　Salary Range

　　$65,000 to $ 68,000 Annually

　　Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
