Throughdirect customer contact the Project Coordinator is accountable andresponsible for managing assigned projects from initial customerrequests through completion.Location: Remote, can live anywhere in theUnited StatesTravel Required: up to 25%Principle Duties andResponsibilities Coordinate and organize activities surrounding theproject cycle Monitor each project from order entry to completion Ensurethat identified issues are reacted to in a timely manner Partner withall functions, especially production, to organize and support criticalaspects to meet customer delivery dates Support the Project Managementteam through, Capturing/Interpreting/Inputting/Maintaining Sales Orders;Input/Participation at production meetings; Maintaining/Updating allproject information through ERP system; Ship Schedules; Project/Productexpediting; Monitoring/Maintaining critical project/program timelines;and Coordinating shipments and deliveries Management of: order entrydata, manufacturing and shipping documentation Develop competencies andtechnical skills focusing on design, detail, quality and engineering ofour products Maintain and manage individual project schedules through:assistance in coordinating manufacturing, shipping, and installationProvide shipping instructions as required, including customer shippingspecifications Provide customer service, sales support and backup toProject Management Complete individual store quantity take offs (multistore roll out programs) Maintain and update running inventory reportsfor team and customer and distribute as required Develop cost proposalsfor final review by project team Upload and organize various fieldreports and other information on internal or external web based sitesAssist in managing finished goods inventory related to assignedcustomer(s)Qualifications 2+ years working in an administrative/projectcoordination capacity, preferably in the consumer environments industry.Must have a proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizingMS Office Programs such as Work and Excel An understanding of ERPfundamentals is preferred.
