Description

Robert Half seeks an experienced paralegal with prior wage and hour experience for a prominent Bay Area-based law firm, specializing in labor and employment law. The firm values diversity, collaboration, and progressive thinking. This role offers full remote flexibility with the option to work in office. This candidate must reside in California.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and settlement conferences.

Researching and reviewing laws and regulations related to labor and employment.

Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.

Managing and reviewing employment records, case files, and evidence.

Preparing legal reports and presentations as needed.

Collaborating with attorneys in strategizing cases and managing clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a Paralegal Certificate.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a labor and employment paralegal.

Must be a resident of California.

Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft office.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

High level of ethics and professional integrity.
