  Position Summary:

  The Integrations Manager will lead a team of API and Integration developers to deliver secure and scalable integration solutions. This role will lead the execution and ongoing support of the Data and Integration Strategy to include short-term and long-term planning, drive operational change, and deliver quality integrations that support the organization’s goals. A successful candidate will build strong relationships across teams and business units. The Integrations Manager will manage the design, development, release, and maintenance of re-usable API’s and Integrations for business functions enterprise wide. This individual will promote a DevOps culture of automation and continuous improvement in the development life cycle of applications in MuleSoft and other integration middleware, while driving adoption of the API Strategy and MuleSoft Platform.

  Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  Recruit, lead, train, mentor, and develop a high performing team of developerswhile fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation

  Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture and other integration teams to develop capability roadmaps and translate those roadmaps into engineering roadmaps, standards, processes, procedures, design patterns and blueprints, and runbooks

  Work with various department and function managers to define service levels, KPI’s, assign resources, and ensure project costs and schedules are properly estimated and controlled

  Partner with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements; design, develop, release, maintain, and support API’s, batch jobs, and other API-led methodology

  Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, particularly with corporate IT and Business Unit IT partners

  Provide technical leadership to development teams in the design, development, implementation, and production support of MuleSoft integrations at scale

  Ensure documentation, diagrams, and knowledge base articles stay current as it relates to configuration, processes, service records, and support contacts

  Ensure Disaster Recovery plans and backup/recovery procedures stay current and are followed for all on premise and off premise system and application environments

  Leverage monitoring and other analytical tools to measure security, performance and health of API’s and integrations, and drive continuous service improvement of employees, processes, and technologies

  Provide capacity planning, trend analysis, and resource utilization reporting to manage and improve system and application performance and prevent issues

  Work closely with Information Security and other integration teams to ensure overall security of systems and applications through support and governance of the defined processes, procedures, and standards, including patching and vulnerability remediation

  Other projects or duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  Required Skills and Experience:

  Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline, such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science and 6+ years of experience working with software development with 3+ years of people leadership experience, OR High School Diploma and 9+ years of the above stated experience AND 4+ years of people leadership experience.

  Strong leadership skills with ability to lead dynamically and energize multi-disciplined work teams to learn and apply new skills/techniques to respond to business needs

  Experience with Service Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, Microservices Architecture, and web services

  Ability to define MuleSoft Architecture, Design, and Development best practices

  Experience working and managing the MuleSoft platform including MuleSoft ESB, Anypoint Studio, Cloudhub, and RAML

  Experience with MuleSoft Enterprise Security (policies, roles, etc.) and API Security (authentication, authorization, etc.)

  Experience with the development and management of MuleSoft API life cycle

  Proficiency with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

  Strong technical support, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to provide operational support off hours and as required in a 24/7 environment

  Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization

  Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams in a high performing and matrixed team environment

  Deliver solutions to standards and architectures required to achieve resiliency, security, and scalability through automation

  Ability to help teams navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities to drive results in a collaborative and efficient manner without sacrificing quality or deviating from standards and procedures

  Occasional travel within continental U.S. as needed, up to 5%

  This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

  Preferred Skills and Experience:

  MuleSoft Certifications

  Hands on experience with developing API’s and/or MuleSoft Integrations

  Hands on experience with MuleSoft administration, configuration, tuning, and API Management

  SharePoint and O365 experience

  Proficiency or working knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks and methodology such as CIS Benchmarks and/or NIST
