Kelly® is seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Executive Administrative Assistant for a biotechnology business in the King of Prussia, Pa area. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting C-level executives by managing their calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and creating important documents. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. Job Specifications:
Hours: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (20 hours a week). Hours may increase in time.
Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00 per hr.
Full Remote position, however you must live in/near the King of Prussia, Pa area.
Weekly Pay- Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience

Your typical day:
Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
Assist with email management, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Provide general administrative support.
Perform other duties as assigned by executives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
