Account Receivable Analyst / Collection Specialist Location: Austin, TX /Hybrid Duration: 6 months Description: Key Qualifications: Minimum 4 years experience in Accounts Receivable / Collection, finance, or accounting Substantial understanding of the accounts receivable function is required Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the current environment (including systems, policies, processes, and procedures) within the organization Mature, responsible, driven and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer service Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and establish compliance and control Experience with SAP preferred Detailed and meticulous, outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to have a good understanding of tasks at hand, prioritize and drive results Proven ability to deliver high quality and detailed work within deadlines The individual will: Do an outreach to customers for collecting past due balances, Respond to customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up Perform daily reconciliation, clearing, write off activities, Support and backup other team members as needed Identify and resolve issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner drive process improvement initiatives with focus to create efficiencies understand SOX controls as they relate to the job responsibilities and perform all tasks in a SOX compliant manner to limit financial risk to Client support the team to complete reconciliation and other related consumer receivables duties As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA pride itself on creating an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons regardless of race, colour, gender, age, Sexual orientation, citizenship, or disability.
