GENERAL PURPOSE:
Provide administrative and analytical support for hiring and HR functions across Stores organization. This role provides front line support to the Field and HR Leadership teams for any staffing system or process related functions.
This position provides support to our internal staffing and human resources systems from the initial creation of the requisition, tracking of activity and the final offer processes. Responsibilities include creating and posting requisitions, processing profile requests, monitoring/administering the profile and background check processes, creating C&B's, creating/maintaining all staffing reporting (i.e., OPR, FSR, etc.) and various other HR administration functions required to support the Stores org.
Additionally, this position gathers, interprets and uses talent data to assist in developing action steps to improve processes, inform decision making and optimize results.
Attention to detail, strong organization skills, analytical ability, and a professional orientation to customer service is critical to the success of this position.
The base pay range for this role is $21.39 - $30.91. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Effectively open and post new requisitions to company careers site.
• Effectively leverage Microsoft TEAMS and Outlook to create, audit and update the staffing reports and processes (i.e., OPR, FSR, Profile process, etc.)
• Effectively and efficiently gather, interpret, and use talent data to improve processes, inform decisions and optimize results.
• Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with various audiences and through various channels to ensure appropriate process execution and support in a timely manner.
• Coordinate activity related to new hire process; background checks, C&B generation, etc.
• Position will perform other job duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Recruiting and staffing experience preferred.
