Description:

　　We are looking for an architectural job captain to join our growing retail firm!

　　Assist with Oversite of the project team

　　Work on multiple projects

　　Participation in the design process

　　Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings

　　Development of schematic design, design development, and construction documents

　　Review architectural drawings for federal, state, and local code compliance

　　Coordination of the project team’s work

　　Monitor the progress of all construction phases

　　Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.

　　Responsible for project schedule and budget

　　Build and maintain client relations

　　Assist with construction administration

　　Initially this person will be hired on as a Full-Time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, holiday pay, pto, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance), and 401k. After being an employee of Actalent for 12-months, this person will transition to the Architecture firm as a direct employee or remain as a consultant.

　　Autocad, project management, retail, architecture, design, draft, project manager, architect, remote, project coordinator

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree in architecture desired, but not a must

　　5+ years of architectural drafting experience

　　Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

　　-Previous project coordinator or project management experience is a plus
