Position Overview:
Provides patient care including newborn hearing screening within regulatory requirements and performs a broad range of non-patient related tasks to support the department and staff. May be responsible for cleaning and setting up the patient treatment area, moving patients, and performing clerical duties. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare ProviderPREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
1 year working in a rehabilitation related medical setting.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies.
Professional communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/ collaboration, customer service and community relations.
Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.

Pay Range is $29.41 to $36.76 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
