Park View Care Center is hiring a Full-Time Rehab Aide to join our team. In this new and innovative position, you will support strategies for resident mobility. This position will work with rehabilitation staff to support the strengthening, mobility, and physical health of residents. You will work directly with Empira and other facilities within the consortium as this program is developed.

　　This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position with some travel required. Must be able to work flexible hours.

　　Rehab Aide responsibilities:

　　Provide services to promote resident-centered functioning, mobility, and movement.

　　Promote resident involvement and active decision-making in program implementation.

　　Maintain accurate attendance documentation for all residents for all events, and other therapeutic contacts/programs as assigned.

　　Utilize program tools including assessments, audits, educational resources and technology.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Rehab Aide requirements:

　　High school graduate or equivalent required.

　　Must have an active Nursing Assistant certification and be on the MN Registry.

　　College degree or college course work in related health care field preferred.

　　State approved Activity course or MEPAP course completion preferred.

　　Must be able to travel locally as needed up to 10% of the time.

　　Ability to be creative and enthusiastic with a variety of activities.

　　Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

　　Understand, interpret, and utilize data to improve resident care.
