Assists in maintaining timely flow of patients being treated and assists in creating an environment that results in the most effective and efficient workflow of the practice. Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays/deductibles, verifying and maintaining up to date demographic information with patients and such information is entered into the practice management system accurately, and appointment reminders.
