Every third weekend, and every other holidayrequirement. What You Will Do: The Clinical Nurse in the Women\'s HealthService Line CREW team is a competent practitioner who integratestheoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patientsand families. Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approach,and practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patientresponses in recurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate mastery ofmost technical skills and begin to view clinical situations from apatient and family focus as they provide professional nursing carewithin clinical areas/campuses as required by staffing matrices. Thesenurses also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensuratewith educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the personsupervised. The CREW Nurse will be scheduled for shifts within 3 serviceline specialty groups that will include NICU and two of the following:Mom & Baby, Antepartum, Pediatrics, GYN, or Labor & Delivery. What youwill need: Associate\'s Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor\'sDegree in Nursing preferred. Valid State of WI or eLC compact state RNlicense. Level IIINICU nursing experience. Experience or willingness towork in Mom & Baby, Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or GYN.Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire if not current.
