　　This is a non-merit temporary position with the Iowa Veterans Home. Only applicants who meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements (listed below) will be placed on the eligible list.

　　Looking for contract or agency work closer to home? The Iowa Veterans Home is looking for short-term RNs to join our team working FULL TIME hours, on evening or night shift, for a minimum of 15 weeks or up to 780 hours.

　　Rate of pay is $45.15 for evening shift or $45.25 for night shift.

　　Evening hours are 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and

　　night hours are 8:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.

　　Will work 1 out of 3 weekends. This position is not eligible for benefits. The candidate may apply for a permanent position at the end of the 15 weeks if interested.

　　Minimum Qualification Requirements

　　Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa by the Iowa Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact Administrator's Agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
