　　Ebenezer is hiring an part-time Registered Nurse/RN role whom would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Come join the Martin Luther Care Center team in beautiful Bloomington, MN.

　　The nursing position includes;

　　On-call/casual; required to work 3 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift

　　Martin Luther Care Center , part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! 　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

　　Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

　　RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

　　Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

　　Qualifications

　　Required:

　　Current MN RN license or by start date

　　AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

　　Preferred:

　　Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

　　Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

　　Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

　　Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
